Hit 130 mph on the autobahn today, and it wasn't even that terrifying. That is until a VW pulled into my lane and I had to slam the brakes, super wobbly and death seemed imminent but as always the ST pulled through and saved me.

She's US Spec. I should be moving back to the States within a few years and I didn't want to have to part with a 3-door so I had this one shipped to me.

I've noticed that the FiST runs out of steam at around 130mph. It can go faster, but even at 110 or so it will pull decently strong right up to 130ish where aerodynamics say "no more!"

Yeah I hit 130 on a track and could have kept going if I wasn't scared to fuck up a downshift at the end of the straight (was first track day)

I've had the same experience, you really need to push it to get past 130. I think the stated top speed is 139 mph but it's a damn Fiesta and there is no reason to be going that fast.

143 is considered the top speed for US spec. But I agree, do you really need to do faster than 130 in a bone stock econobox?

I actually didn't have to pay for shipping so it took a ludicrously long time for it to get here but, the dealership said it would've been another $1200 which isn't bad.
